De Europese Meststoffenverordening treedt op 16 juli van dit jaar in werking. De Europese Commissie organiseert op maandag 23 mei via Webex een digitale sessie over deze nieuwe regelgeving voor de industrie. Opgeven kan via de deze link tot 16 mei.
Het programma loopt alle onderdelen van de FPR langs; Conformiteitsbeoordeling, Standaarden, Reach-registratie, Eisen voor distributeurs, Overgangsregelingen voor oude EU-meststoffen etc.
Er zijn presentaties van de Commissie, van Nobo’s en de Industrie (kunstmest en organische meststoffen).
Er wordt ruim de tijd genomen van 10:00 - 12:30 uur en van 14:00 - 17:00 uur.
The Fertilising Products Regulation will start applying as of 16 July 2022. The Regulation replaces the existing EC Fertilisers Regulation. The new rules fundamentally change both the products’ requirements and the obligations of economic operators.
The Commission is organising an online event on Monday 23 May 2022 to inform businesses, Member States’ competent authorities, notified bodies and any interested stakeholder on the new harmonisation rules and to provide answers to the most frequent questions on conformity assessment, REACH registration and transitional arrangements.
